First time using your Service Centre. I was very impressed, staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. All my concerns were addressed and dealt with in a satisfactory way. I will be bringing my vehicle back for servicing when needed and would highly recommend the service centre to friends and family.

You have an AWESOME team at your Hyundai dealership. I use to be a Honda driver up until 2009 which I purchased my first Accent from Abbotsford Hyundai. We decided to give that car to my son for his graduation gift a year ago. So I went back to Abbotsford Hyundai at that time and purchased an Elantra for myself. I dealt with Brad Lister and was very impressed with his professionalism. He was great to deal with and I felt he really cared about finding the right car for me, which he did, and I am very happy with it.
During the course of all the maintenance with my first car and this one I am thankful that Brad (in service) is always there to greet me with a smile and he is always so helpful and professional making sure I get what I need, especially my morning coffee. Because of Brad (sales) and Brad (service) my experience has and is always wonderful. I was in yesterday getting my sons Accent serviced, and while the car was getting serviced I talked to Brad Lister what it would be worth on a trade in for a new Accent. He put some numbers together for me and I was very impressed what he could offer my son for his car.
When the car was repaired I returned home with the info that Brad gave me and showed my son. My son is going to university and working part time so he has to be very careful with his money. He threw the numbers around and told me that this could work for him. He figured a brand new Accent with an extended warranty was the way to go. Having a new car never seemed to be in his plan but this deal was the way to go.
So we returned back to see Brad and he and my son did the deal yesterday afternoon. My son is thrilled with his new car and is happy with his decision.

My visit yesterday was professional and I have nothing negative to report. It was a relief to find out that there were no surprise problems with my “Burrito”, as my Santa Fe is called around home. (Considering I have only 61,000 km on the car and my time warranty expired in 2012, I expect and hope there won’t be any wear and tear problems for quite a while, other than brake pads and such) So yes, my visit was a good one. The car wash detail is a much appreciated courtesy!!!

My last appt with Hyundai service was wonderful. Ron and the fellows were able to solve my squeaky brake noise that has been going on for some time. It is completely gone and I am very happy!!
