My visit yesterday was professional and I have nothing negative to report. It was a relief to find out that there were no surprise problems with my “Burrito”, as my Santa Fe is called around home. (Considering I have only 61,000 km on the car and my time warranty expired in 2012, I expect and hope there won’t be any wear and tear problems for quite a while, other than brake pads and such) So yes, my visit was a good one. The car wash detail is a much appreciated courtesy!!!

My last appt with Hyundai service was wonderful. Ron and the fellows were able to solve my squeaky brake noise that has been going on for some time. It is completely gone and I am very happy!!

Regarding the recent service to our Santa Fe, we would like to say how pleased we were, how Brad and the staff conducted business. In the sales end, Brad and all the other staff we encountered were very helpful and willing to answer all our questions. Dealing with the professionalism of Abbotsford Hyundai was reassuring, and we would heartily reccommend your dealership should we have the opportunity.
I came to the dealership with an intermittent problem which did not show up on diagnostics at the Jim Pattison Hyundai on the North Shore (my car was towed there.) As it turned out, their solution (remove after-purchase floor mat) did not resolve the issue.
I felt Ron took the performance issue very seriously. I am *very* pleased with the service I always get at the Mount Lehman dealership [Abbotsford Hyundai] and have no complaints about how business is conducted. Ron is very professional and I have a lot of confidence in him. I would recommend anyone purchase from this dealership rather than anywhere else.

I was very pleased with not only the quality of customer service from Brad, but also from all Hyundai staff members I really appreciated the Automotive service notes which outline technical areas to watch for re: future automotive servicing…and the car wash after the oil change was wonderful!
I have owned 2 previous Hyundai’s from Ontario and by comparison the Abbotsford Service Centre has been the most professional and courteous in every way possible. Thank you for the impeccable quality of customer and automotive service!
